Put the keyboard into Bluetooth pairing mode by toggling the physical Bluetooth switch (if present) and holding the pairing key (Fn + 1/2/3 for device slots 1–3). Then find the device on your Mac or Windows Bluetooth settings and connect. The keyboard will remember up to 3 paired devices.
QMK is open-source firmware that powers the keyboard. VIA is a real-time key-remapping application that works with QMK. Simply download the VIA app from usevia.app, connect your keyboard via USB-C, and you can remap keys, create macros, and define layers without flashing any firmware.
Yes! All Q Series, V Series, and most K Series Pro keyboards feature 5-pin hot-swap sockets. You can remove switches using the included switch puller and install any MX-compatible 5-pin or 3-pin switch. No soldering required.
All Keychron keyboards come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Switches are covered for their specified actuation life rating. Please contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.
Yes. Keychron keyboards are compatible with iOS/iPadOS, Android, and any Bluetooth HID-compatible device. The "iOS" and "Android" modes on the physical switch disable certain Mac/Windows-specific key functions and re-map them to their mobile equivalents.
